About Jeejal Pari

A decade of Khidmat-e-Khalq in Sindh.

Jeejal Pari Charitable Welfare Society was registered in 2016 with a simple mandate: serve the people other programs overlook.

Our Story

How a training institute became a movement

Jeejal Pari Charitable Welfare Society is a non-governmental, non-profit welfare organization registered with the Social Welfare Department, Government of Sindh, on 26 August 2016. From the start, our mandate has been to serve the marginalized, poor, and vulnerable across the province, guided by two ideas that shape everything we do: Khidmat-e-Khalq, service to humanity, and Ghareeb Awam Ki Khidmat, service to the poor.

That mandate took its clearest shape at the Jeejal Pari Institute of Allied Health Sciences & Technology in Mirpur Mathelo, where we train young Sindhis for the paramedical careers their province badly needs: nursing, laboratory technology, radiography, physiotherapy, and more. Every year, new diploma students walk through its doors, and every year, a new class of graduates walks out qualified for work that used to be out of reach.

Our next chapter widens that same mandate to the clinic and the community: free healthcare where none currently exists, and rehabilitation support for the widows, the disabled, and the destitute that Sindh’s safety net was never built to reach.

Mission and Vision

Our Mission

To plan, execute, and sustain welfare programs across health, technical education, and community rehabilitation in Sindh, by establishing accessible free medical centers, paramedical training institutes, and disability support mechanisms, all of it in full public view.

Our Vision

A Sindh where no poor family is deprived of medical treatment because of cost, no child is forced to abandon their education, and every young person has a real technical skill to build a dignified life on.

How We Work

Aid that reaches the right family, every time

Charity without accountability just moves the problem around. Our verification process exists to make sure support goes to genuine need, not the loudest request.

  1. 01

    Document verification

A CNIC copy, family registration certificate, and income affidavit are submitted before anything is approved.

  2. 02

    Home visit

A field officer visits the applicant’s residence in person to confirm living conditions match the application.

  3. 03

    Community attestation

Local welfare committees and community elders confirm that the need is genuine.

  4. 04

    Digital registration

A verified profile is entered into our database and issued a unique beneficiary ID with a QR code.

  5. 05

    Transaction tracking

Every treatment, scholarship, and asset delivered is logged against that ID in real time, so nothing overlaps and nothing goes missing.

“Basic healthcare, education, and social protection are not luxuries. They are fundamental human rights that belong to every individual, regardless of financial standing, religion, ethnicity, or caste.”

Our Work

Where we work, and why

Our programs target the districts of Sindh where poverty, weak infrastructure, and past flooding have left services thinnest on the ground.

Dadu Rural union councils with high rates of waterborne illness and few paramedical staff
Thatta & Sujawal Coastal belt union councils with limited secondary healthcare access
Badin Agricultural union councils recovering from flood displacement and youth unemployment
Jacobabad & Kashmore Upper Sindh union councils with low literacy and little vocational training access
Karachi slum clusters Lyari, Orangi, and Malir: dense urban poverty and high school drop-out rates

In the Community

Recognition, and a sense of home

Dignity isn’t just delivered in a clinic or a classroom. It shows up in how a community marks the moments that matter.

Marking the moments that matter, together

Institute events like World Youth Skills Day and Pakistan’s Independence Day bring students, instructors, and staff together as one community, not just a classroom roster.

The ajrak: Sindh’s mark of honor

Graduates and community leaders are presented with an ajrak, the indigo and rust block-printed shawl that has marked respect and achievement in Sindh for generations, a fitting symbol for work built on dignity rather than charity.

Impact & Transparency

Where every rupee is planned to go

Our proposed 24-month program allocates funding across five areas, keeping administrative overhead deliberately lean so the majority reaches the field directly.

Free healthcare & clinical operations 35%
Free education, scholarships & stipends 22.5%
Allied health & technical training institute 15%
Community rehabilitation, disability aids & micro-livelihoods 12.5%
Medical equipment & pharmaceuticals 7.5%
Facility refurbishment & infrastructure 5%
Monitoring, external audits & administration 2.5%

Funds are held in a dedicated project account requiring joint signatures from the President and Treasurer, and are reviewed annually by an independent chartered accountant firm.
