Khidmat-e-Khalq · Service to Humanity

Poverty shouldn’t decide who gets to be well.

We deliver free healthcare, paramedical training, and community rehabilitation to families across rural and peri-urban Sindh, reaching the people most welfare programs pass by.

Who We Are

A registered Sindhi welfare society built on one idea: help should never come with conditions attached.

Jeejal Pari Charitable Welfare Society has been registered with the Social Welfare Department, Government of Sindh, since 2016. We work in the districts where the need is greatest and the services are thinnest: Dadu, Thatta and Sujawal, Badin, Jacobabad and Kashmore, and the slum settlements of Karachi.

Out-of-pocket healthcare spending swallows more than 60 percent of what families in Pakistan spend on medical care. Add generational poverty and a shortage of trained paramedical staff, and entire communities are left choosing between a doctor’s visit and dinner. We exist to close that gap, not with handouts, but with real medical care, real technical skills, and real paths out of poverty.

Our Mission and Vision

Our Vision

A Sindh where no family is too poor for medical care, no child is pulled out of school to survive, and every young person has a real skill to build a future on.

Our Mission

To plan, run, and sustain welfare programs across health, technical education, and community rehabilitation, in full public view, with every rupee accounted for.

What We Do

Three ways we work

Our programs are built around the problems Sindh’s poorest communities face most often: unaffordable healthcare, a shortage of trained medical workers, and families with nowhere left to turn.

Pillar One

Free Education & Paramedical Training

At the Jeejal Pari Institute of Allied Health Sciences & Technology in Mirpur Mathelo, we run diploma programs that turn unemployed youth into the certified nurses, lab technicians, and radiographers Sindh’s clinics are short of. Admissions open every year for one and two year diplomas, and deserving students receive full and partial scholarships so a family’s income is never the reason a diploma goes unfinished.

  • Allied health diplomas: nursing, laboratory technology, radiography, physiotherapy, blood banking
  • Vocational training in IT, electrical and solar trades, and industrial tailoring for women
  • Scholarships for orphans, destitute students, and single-parent households
Pillar Two

Free Healthcare & Medical Relief

We are establishing free OPD clinics, diagnostic labs, and mobile medical camps in union councils that currently have none, working toward cataract surgeries and maternal and child health services for families who go without today.

Pillar Three

Community Rehabilitation & Social Welfare

Our plan brings wheelchairs, crutches, and hearing aids to people with disabilities, sewing machines and small livelihood assets to widows starting over, and emergency food rations to families with nowhere else to turn.

How We Verify

Help Reaches the Right Family

Every applicant is verified through document checks, a home visit, and confirmation from community elders before aid is approved, then tracked against a unique beneficiary ID so support never overlaps or goes astray.

Our Projects

Where things stand, project by project

From a working medical center and two training institutes to the nursing colleges we’re building next, here is every project behind our work in Sindh — grouped by what’s done, what’s underway, and what’s next.

Completed

Already delivering care and training

Our Goals

What this initiative is working to deliver

Jeejal Pari has proposed a 24-month program to expand free healthcare, paramedical training, and community rehabilitation across Sindh. These are the targets we are working toward as funding is secured, not numbers we are claiming today.

100,000

free patient consultations planned across new health centers

1,200

paramedical diploma graduates in nursing, lab science, and radiography

2,500

scholarships for students who could not otherwise afford school

1,500

wheelchairs, crutches, and hearing aids delivered to people with disabilities

Figures reflect the targets set out in Jeejal Pari’s 24-month project proposal and will be delivered as the corresponding program funding is confirmed.
